I have always had a good experience at Benson. First with their service department and now with a new car purchase. Will continue to use them for future service on my new Sonata.
Benson Hyundai's service department scheduled an appt a week in advance then purposely canceled it nefariously to inconvenience customer under false pretense of needing to order more parts and fabrication of needing further inspection or inspection appts. They purposely moved my vehicle to sales and hid my keys upon pickup then closed the office maliciously attempting to keep me from obtaining my vehicle.
Tonia achieved the deal that we wanted and so much more. She definitely hung in there with us through the entire process. Couldn't ask for a better car buying associate. Can't tell ya how many times she went back to the big man's office to make the deal that was right for us. If you want it, Tonia make it happen! Will be going to her for all our auto deals.

Jay Barton helped us with the purchase of our new Hyundai Elantra Limited Hybrid. Jay was pleasant to work with. He went over the warranty the various options. Once we made the purchase he ensured the vehicle was cleaned and full of fuel. He synced our phones with the car and explained/helped with the various set-up options.
Follow up on a warranty issue two months after purchase of a 2023 Sonata Hybrid Limited was not acceptable. No returned phone call or email response from sales mgr or sales rep for a week. Finally called Hyundai and they indicated the part was covered under warranty and it will be taken care of with a different dealer. A simple answer from Benson as to coverage would have saved me time and effort. Purchase was fine, only 2 stars for not being responsive to the problem.

Bait and switched cars at higher price, then added $4995 dealer profit to price. Then they subtracted $2000 from my trade. I was a serious buyer with preapproved credit and substantial down payment. When I asked them to remove the extra 5 grand profit and add back the 2 grand to my trade, I never heard back from them again. I emailed my concern to the GM, but never received a response. You make your own decision. I have made mine.

I insisted they drive it again. The “Service Manager,” Vance, claimed to have driven it himself and felt nothing. Ok. so when you are buying a used car be careful... They added the warranty and "smart pay" onto the bill. They brought you the paperwork to sign with a warranty and a payment service that added 700 for the payment service and 2500 warranty on it. Just know that these are optional and they will add it and ask you to sign the paperwork.
